Integration to Slack and Trello is done using OAuth2.0 authentication and follows their recommended steps. Kippy is a 'Slack approved app' on the Slack marketplace.
All data is encrypted with the encryption keys stored securely. In the case of a breach, we will notify the affected parties via email. Enterprise customers can request SOC integration. Please get in touch for more details.

If you stop your subscription, kippy will change your access to read-only for a period of 90 days, during which you will not be able to change your data but can re-join at anytime. After this period, all your data will be deleted from kippy. You may request a dump of your data during this period. Please get in touch for more details.
