  • Who can see my data?
You own your data. We will never share your data with any other parties. We are happy to sign your NDA (non-disclosure agreement) or discuss any concerns you may have.
  • How do you ensure my data is secure?
Kippy has regular security and vulnerability audits, checks and monitoring. Please get in touch for more info.
  • Where is my data stored?
Kippy is hosted on Google Cloud Engine in the zone europe-west2, with access extremely restricted. KPI Management does not host your data on any physical servers, it is entirely Cloud hosted. Please visit https://cloud.google.com/compute/ for more information
  • How secure is the Slack integration?
Integration to Slack and Trello is done using OAuth2.0 authentication and follows their recommended steps. Kippy is a 'Slack approved app' on the Slack marketplace.
  • What if there is a data breach?
All data is encrypted with the encryption keys stored securely. In the case of a breach, we will notify the affected parties via email. Enterprise customers can request SOC integration. Please get in touch for more details.
  • How do you keep my data separate?
Kippy is built with multi-tenancy from the ground up, so your data is segregated at all tiers, ensuring only you can see your data. Access to data is further restricted by role-based access controls within your organisation and teams.
  • How do you secure my data?
All data is encrypted at rest and always transported securely via https.
  • Where is my payment information stored?
Kippy never holds any of your payment information and instead integrates with www.stripe.com for payments. www.stripe.com is the leading cloud payments company and was ranked number one on the Forbes Cloud 100. Please visit www.stripe.com for more information.
  • What happens when my subsricption stops?
If you stop your subscription, kippy will change your access to read-only for a period of 90 days, during which you will not be able to change your data but can re-join at anytime. After this period, all your data will be deleted from kippy. You may request a dump of your data during this period. Please get in touch for more details.
  • What other security features can you support?
